M Fatin Istiaque

M Fatin Istiaque is a Lecturer in the Department of Marketing at the University of Dhaka. He completed his BBA and MBA in Marketing at the University of Dhaka, securing 1st position in his BBA (25th Batch) and 2nd position in his MBA. He also holds the Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) credential from ISCEA and is a Global Champion of the ISCEA Supply Chain Case Competition 2024.

Fatin began his career as an Adjunct Tutor at Universal College Bangladesh, teaching under the University of London–LSE International Programmes. He then explored the corporate world at British American Tobacco Bangladesh, gaining valuable industry insight. Drawn back to education, he joined Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) as a full-time Lecturer B, and today he teaches at his alma mater, the University of Dhaka. His research explores generative AI, consumer behavior, and the future of work. With a vision for a forward-thinking and inclusive classroom, he is committed to shaping the students who will one day build Bangladesh's future.
