Biography
Dr. S. M. Hassan Talukder holds an LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law. He also holds B.S.S. (Hons.) and M.S.S. in Social Welfare. He is currently a Professor of Law at the University of Dhaka, where his research mainly focuses on constitutional law, administrative law and law of property.
