Department of Linguistics Secures Victory in University of Dhaka Inter-Department Cricket Tournament
১০ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৫-এ অনুষ্ঠিত হলো ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় আন্তঃবিভাগ ক্রিকেট টুর্নামেন্টের ভাষাবিজ্ঞান বনাম দুর্যোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগের ম্যাচ। ম্যাচে ভাষাবিজ্ঞান বিভাগ ৩১ রানে জয়লাভ করেছে। ক্রিকেট টুর্নামেন্ট উপলক্ষ্যে গতকাল দলের জার্সি উন্মোচন করেন বিভাগের চেয়ারপারসন ড. মনিরা বেগম, আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা ইনস্টিটিউটের পরিচালক ড. মুহাম্মদ আসাদুজ্জামান, ড. খন্দকার খায়রুন্নাহার এবং সহ-শিক্ষা কার্যক্রম কমিটির আহ্বায়ক ড. মাশরুর ইমতিয়াজ । (On 10 February 2025, the Department of Linguistics faced the Department of Disaster Management in the University of Dhaka’s Inter-Department Cricket Tournament. The Linguistics team secured a thrilling victory by 31 runs. As part of the tournament, the team jerseys were unveiled yesterday by the Chairperson of the Department of Linguistics, Dr. Monira Begam, along with Dr. Muhammad Asaduzzaman, Director of the International Mother Language Institute, Dr. Khandakar Khairunnahar, and Dr. Mashrur Imtiaz, Convener of the Co-Curricular Activities Committee.)
