第22届“汉语桥”世界大学生中文比赛孟加拉国赛区预选赛 在达卡大学成功举办The 22nd Chinese Bridge-Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students Preliminary Rounds in Bangladesh Successfully Concludes
On June 10, 2023, the 22nd Chinese Bridge-Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students Preliminary Rounds in Bangladesh was successfully held at Dhaka University, organized by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bangladesh and the Center for Language Education and Cooperation, with the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka as the host institution, and co-hosted by the Confucius Institutes at North South University of and Shanto Marim-Honghe Confucius Classroom.
The event was graced by the presence of H.E.Mr. Yao Wen, Ambassador of China to Bangladesh, and Honorable Vice Chancellor of University of Dhaka, Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman. Their inspirational speeches emphasized the significance of cultural exchange and language learning between Bangladesh and China, and praised the participants for their dedication and passion in promoting Chinese language and culture.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students representing three Confucius Institute (Classroom), each of them recommended three contestants, resulting in a total of nine contestants who had successfully advanced to the finals after rigorous selection processes.
A distinguished panel of judges, including the Cultural Counselor of the Embassy, representatives from Chinese enterprises, media professionals, and experts engaged in international Chinese language education, was appointed to evaluate the contestants' performances. The competition was divided into two parts, with a China and Chinese Related Knowledge Competition in the morning and a Speech & Talent Competition in the afternoon. The judges evaluated the contestants' Chinese language proficiency, understanding of Chinese culture and contemporary China, eloquence, and overall presentation skills.
Following the intense competition, one first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and three excellent prizes were awarded to the outstanding participants, recognizing their exceptional achievements in Chinese language learning and their ability to promote intercultural understanding. 2023年6月10日，由中外语言交流合作中心和中国驻孟加拉国大使馆主办，达卡大学孔子学院承办，南北大学孔子学院和山度•玛丽亚姆-红河孔子课堂协办的第22届“汉语桥”世界大学生中文比赛孟加拉国赛区预选赛在达卡大学圆满落幕。9名孟加拉国大学生代表参加了比赛，经过激烈的角逐，展示了他们扎实的中文语言能力和对中国文化的深刻理解。中国驻孟加拉国大使姚文出席比赛活动。达卡大学校长阿克塔鲁兹曼教授（Md.Akhtaruzzaman）、达卡大学现代语言学院院长卡里姆（ABM Razaul Karim Faquire）教授、南北大学孔子学院外方院长西迪奇（Bulbul Siddiqi）博士、中国驻孟加拉国大使馆文化处乐利文参赞、二秘郎琅、中国电建国别副代表韩鹍、新华社达卡站负责人孙楠，以及大学师生、媒体、社会各界人士和广大中文学习者共同参与了此次语言文化盛事。
此次“汉语桥”比赛活动在达卡大学现代语言学院礼堂举行。来自达卡大学孔子学院、南北大学孔子学院和山度·玛丽亚姆-红河孔子课堂的9名选手经过层层选拔进入角逐。本届“汉语桥”比赛是疫情以来孟加拉国举办的首次线下比赛，中孟各界人士和广大青年汉语学习者时隔三年多再次齐聚一堂，彰显出两国教育文化交流重新焕发勃勃生机，并迈上新的发展阶段。
中国驻孟加拉国大使姚文在致辞中表示，“汉语桥”是世界各国大学生学习汉语、了解中国的重要平台，也是中外青年加强沟通交流，增进相互理解和友谊的桥梁。他鼓励参赛选手们赛出风格，赛出水平，充分展示自己的汉语水平和对中华文化的理解，并希望他们胸怀理想，继续努力，成为中孟友谊的使者，为进一步加强两国人民之间的相互了解和友好交往做出贡献。
达卡大学校长阿克塔鲁兹曼在致辞中对姚文大使的莅临表示热烈欢迎和衷心感谢。他高度评价了“汉语桥”比赛在促进中孟语言文化交流方面所起到的重要作用，他赞赏孔子学院对推动汉语在孟加拉国的发展做出的努力和贡献，并表示将一如继往地支持达卡大学孔子学院的工作，希望孔院继续发挥中孟两国教育文化交流的纽带作用。
本届“汉语桥”比赛分为上半场和下半场两部分，上午进行中国知识问答部分的比赛，考察选手们对于中文、中国文化和中国国情等知识的掌握和理解，下午进行的是命题演讲和才艺展示部分的比赛。担任下午比赛的评委有中国驻孟加拉国使馆文化处乐利文参赞、中国电建国别副代表韩鹍、新华社达卡站负责人孙楠、达卡大学中文系主任阿弗扎尔、山度·玛丽亚姆-红河孔子课堂本土中文教师毛大海、南北大学孔子学院公派教师黄欣然等人。
在上午的知识问题比赛环节，选手们出色地完成了问答题、视频题和成语补全题，展现了他们扎实的汉语功底和对中国文化、中国国情的理解。下午的演讲比赛和才艺展示则更为丰富和精彩，充分考察了选手们的语言表达能力、文化素养和综合应对能力。演讲中，选手们表达流利，引经据典，内容丰富多样，有的讲述自己的汉语学习经历，有的讲述自己和中国的故事，有的触及到了社会热点和人文关怀，展现了大学生的独立思考能力和高远的志向。在才艺展示环节，选手们表演了舞狮、武术、唱歌、舞蹈、书法、脱口秀等才艺，向观众们展示了自己对中国文化的热爱和理解。
