From November 10th to 30th, 2024, Nilu Akter, a teacher from the Confucius Institute at Dhaka University, participated in the 2024 Visiting Program for Young Sinologists in Suzhou, China. This program was hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, organized by the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism and Suzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee, and co-organized by the Nanjing University, Suzhou University, Renmin University of China, etc. This program brought together 23 young sinologists from 21 countries in Asia, Africa, America and Europe, who engaged in diverse learning, research, and experiential activities in Suzhou.

The theme of the training program was “Research on New Quality Productivity and Development on Humanistic Economics,” which explored the Grand Canal's development from human, cultural, and economic perspectives. 

The 21-day training program offered academic lectures, seminars, guidance sessions for research and paper presentations, cultural experiences, and field trips to China. Young Sinologists visited famous sites, experienced special projects, and gained a deeper understanding of China's economic and cultural integration. They also experienced "new quality productivity" in Suzhou.

The training program offered young sinologists a comprehensive understanding of Chinese culture and economic development. They visited Suzhou's water town, experienced traditional handicrafts, and participated in the intangible cultural heritage experience course. This experience broadened their perspective and inspired their teaching work.

2024年11月10日-30日，达卡大学孔子学院的本土教师妮鲁（Nilu Akter）参加了由中国文化和旅游部主办，苏州市文化广电和旅游局及苏州市高新区管委会承办，南京大学苏州校区、苏州大学和中国人民大学苏州校区协办的2024青年汉学家研修计划项目。来自韩国、泰国、日本、越南、伊朗、柬埔寨、委内瑞拉、塞尔维亚、南非、贝宁、巴西、津巴布韦、哥伦比亚、罗马尼亚、埃塞俄比亚、尼日利亚、埃及、乌兹别克斯坦等21个国家的23名青年汉学家参加了本次研修项目。

本次研修主题为 “新质生产力与人文经济学发展研究”，围绕中国大运河人文经济发展模式，重点探讨人、文化、经济三大要素的协同作用，涵盖生态环境保护、文化旅游融合、大运河国家文化公园建设等重要议题。

为期21天的研修班活动内容涵盖高端学术讲座、专题研讨、论文写作指导、文化体验及实地考察，来自各国的青年汉学家们参观了苏州博物馆、丝绸博物馆、刺绣艺术馆等知名文化场馆，游览了虎丘塔、拙政园、盘门、山塘街、平江路和周庄古镇等历史文化遗址，体验了民族管弦乐队、蓝海彤翔、苏州乐园森林世界等特色项目。青年汉学家们借此机会，深入理解中国的经济文化融合发展经验，同时在苏州的实地调研中感受到了“新质生产力”的发展与实践。

妮鲁表示，此次研修为她提供了深入了解中国文化与经济发展经验的宝贵机会。她切身感受到苏州悠久的历史文化和古镇的水乡风情，特别是水城风貌的平江路、山塘街和周庄古镇，让她对中国传统文化有了全新的理解。在研修期间，她参观了苏州的4个世界文化遗产园林，深入了解苏州的传统手工艺，如刺绣和木雕工艺，欣赏了昆曲表演，参加了非遗体验课程，了解非物质文化遗产丝绸的制作过程，还学习了中国传统养生功法“八段锦”。这些经历让她对中国传统文化的深度与广度有了更深刻的认识。妮鲁认为，这次学习不仅开拓了她的视野，还为她的教学工作提供了更多创新灵感。她期待能将研修中学到的知识与经验运用到教学中，进一步推动中孟语言文化交流与中孟友谊。
