2026年8月17日,2026中孟友谊日暨达卡大学中国企业招聘会在达卡大学师生活动中心隆重举行。本次活动由中国驻孟加拉国大使馆与达卡大学联合主办,达卡大学中央学生会及达卡大学孔子学院承办,孟加拉国中资企业协会、孟加拉国华人华侨联合会、中孟友好交流中心协办。达卡大学师生、在孟孔子学院及孔子课堂师生、中资企业代表、媒体记者等各界人士出席活动,现场吸引数千名当地求职者踊跃参会。

本次活动以中孟人才交流为主线,将文化交流、人才培养与企业招聘相结合,设置中国企业招聘会、中孟文艺表演、“中孟友谊”奖学金助学金颁发、人工智能培训项目启动及合作协议签署、2026年度中国政府奖学金获得者赴华行前动员等环节,为中孟青年交流与合作搭建多元平台。
开幕式以中国传统舞狮表演拉开帷幕,达卡大学孔子学院山海中文合唱团演唱中国经典歌曲《同一首歌》,达卡大学学生组合则带来孟加拉国传统歌曲,以不同的音乐形式展现两国文化特色,拉开了本次活动文化交流的序幕。



达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠在致辞中表示,中国企业积极参与孟加拉国经济社会发展,为当地青年创造了大量就业和发展机会。本次招聘会30余家中企现场招贤纳士,提供了430多个就业岗位,既为孟青年人才提供成长机遇,也助力企业本地化发展。她鼓励青年学子抓住机遇,在共建中孟新时代命运共同体的背景下,成为两国友谊与合作的积极推动者,并期待深化与达卡大学等高校合作,培养国际化人才,共同书写中孟友好合作的新篇章。

孟加拉国中资企业协会副会长朱光磊、孟加拉国华人华侨联合会副会长任旺、中孟友好交流中心秘书长Jahanghir Rana等协办方代表先后致辞。他们在发言中一致高度评价中孟经贸合作取得的丰硕成果,强调青年人才是两国未来合作的重要纽带,应进一步加强校企对接和中文+技能培训,为孟加拉国学生提供更多职业发展的平台。他们共同期待,以本次招聘会和“中孟友谊日”活动为契机,持续深化产教融合与人文交流,为构建新时代中孟命运共同体注入更多青春活力和务实动力。、



开幕式期间举行“中孟友谊”奖学金与助学金颁发、人工智能培训项目启动及合作协议签署、2026年度中国政府奖学金获得者赴华行前动员等活动。
围绕青年人才培养与中孟教育交流合作,开幕式上举行了“中孟友谊”奖学金助学金颁发仪式。该奖学金助学金由达卡大学孔子学院与中国机械进出口(集团)有限公司(CMC)联合设立,旨在奖励中文学习成绩优异、品学兼优的学生,同时为经济困难学生提供资助。此次评选活动共有74名学生分别获得一、二、三等奖学金,达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠为获奖学生颁发证书;15名学生获得助学金,由中机公司基础设施事业部执行副总经理郭江南为获助学生颁发证书。根据项目安排,获助学生每人获得1万塔卡资助。

在教育资助基础上,校企合作进一步向青年数字技能培养领域拓展。华为技术有限公司与达卡大学孔子学院签署谅解备忘录,启动人工智能培训项目。该项目以达卡大学为试点,面向达卡大学孔子学院在读学生,采用线上、自主学习方式开展,旨在帮助学生掌握面向未来的人工智能知识和技能,以契合孟加拉国数字经济不断变化的需求。签约仪式由华为南亚区域营商事业部长马奔与达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠共同完成,标志着双方合作的正式启动,也为孟加拉国青年打开了通往数字时代的新机遇。

活动当天还举行了2026年度中国政府奖学金获得者赴华行前动员会,即将启程前往中国深造的孟加拉学子们参加了此次活动。奖学金获得者代表张娜(Jannatun Naher)在发言中分享了自己的感受。她表示,自己曾在中国完成本科和硕士阶段的学习,这段宝贵的经历让她深切感受到中国高等教育的深厚底蕴与开放包容的学术氛围。此次再度荣获中国政府奖学金,她即将前往厦门大学攻读博士学位,既感到无比荣幸,也深知责任重大。她勉励即将赴华的同学们珍惜来之不易的机会,勇敢迎接异国求学中的挑战,在学术精进的同时,深入了解中国文化和经济社会发展,争做中孟友谊的桥梁与使者。


开幕式在中孟两国精彩的文艺表演中落下帷幕。孟加拉歌手Mohammad Salman、Md. Rashed和乐队组合带来了优美动听的孟加拉民歌,山度·玛丽亚姆红河孔子课堂中方教师献上优雅的中国古典诗意舞蹈,达卡大学武术俱乐部带来精彩的武术表演,最后,达卡大学孔子学院师生的古筝弹唱为此次开幕式画上圆满句号。



与此同时,室外的中国企业招聘会吸引了大量的青年求职者到场。31家中国企业集中设展,众多求职者携带简历前往企业展位咨询岗位、投递简历并参加面试。企业招聘人员就岗位要求、专业背景等与应聘者进行交流,招聘会现场气氛热烈且有序。


参展企业涵盖基础设施建设、电子信息、纺织服装、食品加工、商贸咨询等多个领域,包括中国电建、中建七局、中国土木、国航、南航、华为、利德成集团等企业,为当地青年提供了多元化的岗位选择。招聘会搭建了企业用人需求与青年求职意愿之间的精准对接平台,一方面为求职者提供了面对面了解中国企业、深入咨询岗位信息的宝贵机会,另一方面也为参会企业开辟了接触当地优秀人才、开展现场招聘的高效渠道,实现了供需两端的良性互动。现场交流深入,对接高效,充分彰显了中资企业在孟加拉国的社会影响力与人才吸引力。

招聘会现场还设有中国文化体验区。书法、茶艺等活动吸引众多青年参与,参与者在达卡大学孔子学院教师的指导下体验书法,并通过泡茶、品茶了解中国茶文化。招聘与文化体验同步展开,人才交流与文化交流相互交织。

2026中孟友谊日以人才招聘会为主轴,以文化活动为亮色,实现了人才对接与文化交流互鉴的深度融合。此次活动的成功举办,不仅为孟加拉国青年搭建了职业发展与文化交流的多元平台,更以务实行动为构建新时代中孟命运共同体注入了青春的激情与持久的动力。友谊在交流中深化,希望在合作中生长,中孟关系的明天,将由这群朝气蓬勃的青年共同书写。

DHAKA, August 17, 2026 — The Sino-Bangla Day 2026 and Chinese Enterprise Job Fair was held at the Teacher-Student Centre (TSC) of the University of Dhaka on August 17, bringing together Chinese enterprises, Bangladeshi youth, university students, and representatives from the education and cultural sectors.
The event was jointly organized by the Embassyof China in Bangladesh and the University of Dhaka, co-organized by the Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (DUCSU) and the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, with support from the Bangladesh Chinese Enterprises Association, the Overseas Chinese Association in Bangladesh, and Apon Friendship Exchange Center. Thousands of young job seekers attended the event.
With talent exchange at its core, the event combined a Chinese enterprise job fair with cultural activities and youth-focused education initiatives. It featured the “Sino-Bangla Friendship” Scholarship and Bursary Award Ceremony, the launch of an AI training program and signing of a cooperation agreement, and a Pre-Departure Orientation for 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship Recipients.
The opening ceremony began with a traditional Chinese lion dance. The Shan-Hai Chinese Choir from the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka performed The Same Song, followed by a traditional Bangladeshi song presented by University of Dhaka students, highlighting the cultural connections between the two countries.
Dr. Yang Hui, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, said Chinese enterprises have played an active role in Bangladesh’s economic and social development, creating employment and career opportunities for local youth. The job fair brought together 31 Chinese companies offering more than 430 job opportunities. She encouraged young people to seize these opportunities and contribute to China-Bangladesh friendship and cooperation, while calling for stronger university-enterprise partnerships to help develop internationally minded talent.
Representatives of the supporting organizations also highlighted the importance of young talent to future cooperation between China and Bangladesh and called for stronger university-enterprise engagement and “Chinese language + skills” training to expand career opportunities for Bangladeshi youth.
The event also featured the “Sino-Bangla Friendship” Scholarship and Bursary Award Ceremony. A total of 74 students received the scholarship, while 15 students received the 2026 CMC Bursary, with each recipient receiving 10,000 BDT. The scholarship and bursary are jointly established by the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka and China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation (CMC).
Building on educational support initiatives, university-enterprise cooperation is expanding further into youth digital skills development. Huawei Technologies Limited and the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch the Huawei AI Training Program. Piloted at the University of Dhaka and designed for students enrolled at the Confucius Institute, the program will be delivered through a 100% online, self-paced learning framework, aiming to equip students with future-ready AI knowledge and skills relevant to the evolving demands of Bangladesh’s digital economy.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Ma Ben, Managing Director for Public Affairs, Huawei South Asia Region, and Dr. Yang Hui, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka. The signing marks the official launch of the partnership and opens new opportunities for Bangladeshi youth to develop the skills needed for the digital age.
The Pre-Departure Orientation for 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship Recipients was also held as part of the event. Student representative Jannatun Naher shared her experience and encouraged fellow recipients to make the most of their studies in China, deepen their understanding of Chinese culture and society, and serve as bridges of Sino-Bangla friendship.
A series of cultural performances further enriched the event. Bangladeshi artists presented traditional music, while a Chinese teacher from Shanto-Mariam-Honghe Confucius Classroom (SMHHCC) performed a Chinese Classic Poetic Dance. The Dhaka University Wushu Club presented Chinese martial arts, and teachers and students from the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka performed Chinese traditional instrument Guzheng and song.
The Chinese Enterprise Job Fair attracted a large number of young job seekers. The 31 participating Chinese companies represented sectors including infrastructure, technology, textiles and garments, food processing, and business services. Participating companies included POWERCHINA, CSCEC7B Division International Engineering Co., Ltd., CCECC Bangladesh Limited, Air China Limited, China Southern Airlines Limited, Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Limited, and Liz Fashion Industry Limited, among others. Job seekers had the opportunity to meet company representatives, submit CVs, learn about available positions, and participate in interviews, facilitating direct connections between Chinese enterprises and local talent.
A cultural zone featuring Chinese calligraphy and tea art was also set up at the job fair, giving young participants an opportunity to experience Chinese culture firsthand.
The Sino-Bangla Day 2026 provided a platform for employment, education, and cultural exchange, further strengthening connections between young people in China and Bangladesh. The Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka will continue to draw on its strengths in Chinese language education and cultural exchange to promote cooperation between the two countries in education, culture, and talent development.
