2026年9月7日，达卡大学孔子学院成功举办山海中文合唱团招新活动。本次活动吸引了五十余名音乐和中文爱好者踊跃参与，来自不同专业背景的28名选手逐一登台，最终16人凭借纯正的音色与扎实的音准脱颖而出，成功入团。达卡孔院中方院长杨惠在致辞中向新成员表示祝贺和欢迎，并期待合唱团带来更多精彩演出，努力成为中孟人文交流的一张亮丽名片。

On September 7, 2026, the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka successfully held a recruitment for the Shanhai Chinese Choir. The activity attracted more than fifty enthusiastic music and Chinese language lovers. Twenty-eight candidates from various academic backgrounds took the stage one by one, and ultimately 16 were selected for their pure vocal timbre and solid pitch accuracy. Yang Hui, the Chinese Director of the CIDU, extended congratulations and a warm welcome to the new members in her speech, expressing her hope that the choir would deliver more outstanding performances and strive to become a distinctive symbol of China-Bangladesh cultural and people-to-people exchanges.
