Dr. Md. Ashraful Islam Molla received his Ph.D. degree in Engineering from Mie University, Japan, in 2018. Dr. Molla received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is currently serving as a professor at the same institution. His group has been actively designing and synthesizing various nanomaterials for adsorption, photocatalysis, and environmental applications. His broad research interest focuses on novel nanophotocatalyst synthesis, wastewater treatment using photocatalysts, decomposition and detoxification of organic pollutants, and environmental chemistry.
