Md. Omar Sha Rafi is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at the University of Dhaka. He earned his BS and MS in Organic Chemistry from the same university. His research centres on natural products chemistry and phytochemistry: isolation, structural characterization and bioactivity evaluation of plant-derived compounds, complemented by molecular docking, DFT, green nanomaterial synthesis and cheminformatics.
