- To enhance professional skills, faculty members will receive financial support from the Faculty once a year at a predetermined rate to participate in international seminars or symposiums.
- The fund will be coordinated under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts. Each faculty member may receive a maximum amount of 10,000 BDT per year, or up to the maximum allocation limit.
Grants will be provided under the following conditions for presenting research articles abroad:

- A copy of the prepared article for presentation must be submitted to the Dean office before receiving the grant check.
- The invitation letter from the seminar abroad must be presented, clearly stating that the inviting authority will not cover any travel expenses.
- Even if partial support is received from the University of Dhaka, the University Grants Commission (UGC), or other sources, an additional grant from this fund may be considered if deemed insufficient for necessary expenses, provided a list of funding from other sources is submitted.
- Each faculty member is eligible for this grant only once per year.
