Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology is committed to providing students with the very best education and training opportunities to enable them to utilize their potential toward their ambitions through bachelor and masters degree in Leather, Footwear, and Leather Products Engineering. The students are strongly involved in applied research related to Leather, Environmental Science and related Engineering; project work (honors final year) and thesis (masters). The institute also provides its students with the opportunity to participate in industrial training, where they can relate theories, concepts, and techniques learned from the academic courses with real-life experiences. With a rationalized course curriculum and advanced tools and teaching methods, the graduates will attain competency at the global standard and they will perform a high level of professional activities.
