Drug Delivery Systems	Design, optimization and characterization of novel drug delivery systems to ensure controlled, targeted and efficient delivery of active pharmaceutical ingredients to the desired site of action. This includes conventional and advanced dosage forms such as microspheres, nanoparticles, liposomes, niosomes, solid dispersions and modified-release systems, aiming to improve bioavailability, stability, patient compliance and overall therapeutic efficacy.	To optimize pharmacokinetic behavior of drugs with desirable drug release profiles and therapeutic efficacy.
Public Health	Conducting research focusing on epidemiological studies, surveillance of adverse drug reactions, healthcare behavior, medication adherence pattern, self-medication practices, with particular emphasis on evaluating community-level knowledge, awareness and preparedness in the context of infectious disease outbreaks and emerging health crises.	To delineate epidemiological patterns of disease and adverse drug events through systematic population-level surveillance. To investigate behavioral determinants of medication adherence and self-medication practices across diverse populations. To evaluate community knowledge gaps and health preparedness during infectious disease outbreaks, translating findings into actionable public health policy.
Phytopharmaceutics	Harnessing the pharmacological potential of plant-derived bioactive compounds and their strategic incorporation into advanced drug delivery platforms, with the aim of augmenting therapeutic efficacy, while probing the mechanistic underpinnings of their synergistic interactions with conventional drugs.	To engineer phyto-integrated formulations that transcend the limitations of conventional therapies through enhanced bioavailability and targeted delivery. To illuminate synergistic and mechanistic interactions between phytoconstituents and established drugs, laying the groundwork for next-generation combination therapeutics.
