Faculty members interested in conducting small-scale research projects may be eligible to receive a grant of 12,000 BDT to support their research project. To access these funds, faculty members must enter into an agreement with the Faculty of Arts, following to specified terms and conditions that ensure alignment with the faculty's research objectives and guidelines. This agreement outlines the project's scope, permitted use of funds, and expected outcomes, creating a structured framework for the successful completion of the research.
As part of the final report submission, faculty members are required to provide five hard copies of the research report along with one soft copy on a CD. If the researcher either leaves the country or does not complete the research project, they will be obligated to return the full amount of the grant to the Faculty of Arts.
