Noted Entrepreneur of Russia Mr. Sisenko Valentin called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman today December 27, 2022 at the latter’s office of the university. Former Chief Scientific Officer of Soil Resource Development Institute of Bangladesh Dr. Zainal Abedin was present on this occasion.

During the meeting they exchanged views regarding different mutual matters of interest. They recalled the contribution and support of Russia to the great Liberation War in 1971 and post-liberation development activities of Bangladesh.

DU VC said, a friendly relation has been prevailing between Bangladesh and Russia for a long time. Russia has been providing support for cultural, educational and socio-economic development of Bangladesh. Bangladesh has achieved tremendous success at all fields and became role model of development in the world under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, he pointed out.

DU VC Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman thanked Mr. Sisenko Valentin for his visit to Dhaka University.
