UK Intertek Group CEO calls on DU VC

Mr. Andre Lacroix, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Intertek Group, a British multinational company called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman on April 06, 2023 at the latter’s office of the university.

Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies of DU Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Moyeen and Executive Director of Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE) Center Md Rashedur Rahman were present on this occasion.

During the meeting they exchanged views regarding development of academic and research activities of DU Business Studies Faculty. They also discussed about business model introduced by Mr. Andre Lacroix.

Prof. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman thanked Mr. Andre Lacroix for his visit to Dhaka University and hoped that the students would be highly benefited by his lecture.

Later, Mr. Andre Lacroix delivered a lecture on ‘Leadership Model’ and shared lessons from his book titled ‘Leadership with Soul’ at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban of DU . The Faculty of Business Studies and Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE) Center of DU jointly organized this event.
