DULC 2023
The inaugural international Dhaka University Linguistic Conference (DULC) was taken place at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban Auditorium on 19 February 2023. The theme of the conference was “Multilingualism, Multimodality and Linguistic Research.” The conference offered network building among local researchers and the researchers of Europe, South America and Australia. In total, ten papers of local and international researchers were presented in two consecutive sessions. Professor Dr. Alice Gabby of Monash University, Australia and Professor Dr. Niladri Shekhar Das of Indian Statistical Institute, India presented their keynote speech in respective sessions. The Chairman of the department Professor Dr. Mohammad Ashaduzzaman presided over the inaugural & closing sessions. The convenor of the conference was Professor Dr. Syed Shahrier Rahman
