An Orientation Program was arranged by the Executive MBA Program, Department of Management, University of Dhaka
The Department of Management of the University of Dhaka welcomed a new chapter of academic excellence through the Orientation Program on October 25, 2024 for the students of 5th batch, Executive MBA Program.
Esteemed luminaries from diverse sectors have graced the occasion as honorable guests. The distinguished Chief Guest for the event was Professor Dr. Mahmood Osman Imam, the Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. The Guest of Honor was Mr. Fakir Kamruzzaman Nahid, Managing Director, Fakir Fashion Limited, and Mr. Sultan Mahbubul Haque, Director-HR, Administration, Compliance and Sustainability, Fakir Fashion Limited. The event has also been graced by the presence of the Special Guests, Md. Ali Akkas, Senior Professor, Department of Management, and Professor Dr. Mohammad Thoufiqul Islam, Chairman, Department of Management, University of Dhaka. They provided their visionary speech on future academic plan.
Professor Dr. Nadia Newaz Rimi, the Coordinator of the Executive MBA Program promised that the Program will work on the skill development of the students. At the same time, it will be used as a platform of networking and industry-academia collaboration.

অনুষ্ঠানে সম্মানিত অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বিভিন্ন সেক্টরের বিশিষ্ট আলোচকগণ। অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের বিজনেস স্টাডিজ অনুষদের ডিন অধ্যাপক ড. মাহমুদ ওসমান ইমাম । সম্মানিত অতিথি ছিলেন ফকির ফ্যাশন লিমিটেডের ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব ফকির কামরুজ্জামান নাহিদ এবং ডাইরেক্টর-এইচ আর, এডমিনিস্ট্রেশন, কম্প্লায়েন্স এন্ড সাসটেইনেবিলিটি জনাব সুলতান মাহবুবুল হক। অনুষ্ঠানে বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন, মোঃ আলী আক্কাস, সিনিয়র অধ্যাপক, ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগ, এবং অধ্যাপক ড. মোহাম্মদ তৌফিকুল ইসলাম, চেয়ারম্যান, ব্যবস্থাপনা বিভাগ, ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় । তারা ভবিষ্যৎ একাডেমিক পরিকল্পনা সম্পর্কে তাদের দূরদর্শী বক্তব্য প্রদান করেন।
