The Department of Management hosted a seminar today, titled "Unlocking the Future of HR: A Deep Dive into Human Resources Information Systems." Organized by Associate Professor Mohammad Abdul Jabber, the event aimed to familiarize students with the modern corporate recruitment expectations.
Mr. Md. Momin Talukder, HR Business Lead at Toll Bangladesh Limited, was the keynote speaker. He discussed the realities and future of human resources management, highlighting the role of technology, particularly Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and the key skills now in demand for HR professionals.
The seminar was intermittent with lively Q&A sessions, leaving students motivated and informed about prospective careers in HR.
