The Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Dhaka invites applications for admission to the 7th Batch of the Professional Master’s in Peace, Conflict and Human Rights (PMPCHR) programme for Spring 2027.

About the Programme: The PMPCHR programme is designed for professionals from armed forces, law enforcement agencies, foreign missions, NGOs, development sectors, civil services, Legal profession and research organizations.

Programme Features: 18-month (3 semesters), 12 courses, including Peace and Conflict, Human Rights, Terrorism and Counter/Anti-Terrorism, Governance and Development, Migration and Refugee Issues, Organizational Conflict Management, Research Monograph/Thesis, etc.).

Credits: 48

Class Timing: Friday and Saturday (3.00 pm-8.00 pm)—30% Classes will be held online)

Access to research publications

Test Evaluates: History and culture of Bangladesh, Bangladesh and International Contemporary Affairs.

ADMISSION SCHEDULE:

Application Deadline: 26 November 2026

Admission Test: 04 December 2026

Result Publication: 05 December 2026

Admission Duration: 06-08 December 2026

Class Commence: 15 January 2027
