On October 30, 2022, the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka held a trial lecture exchange meeting for the new local Chinese teachers. Two local Chinese teachers, Ms. Akter Nilu and Mr. Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury, gave a trial lecture. The Chinese director and three Chinese teachers participated in the teaching exchange activities.
The two local Chinese teachers have obtained their masters of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages. During the trial teaching, they fully demonstrated their Chinese proficiency and professional competence. After the trial teaching, the Chinese director and three Chinese teachers of the Confucius Institute commented on their performance. They also exchanged views on how to improve teaching skills, classroom teaching organization and the use of teaching methods, etc.
The two local Chinese teachers have strengthened the teachers team of the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka. Moreover, the diversified Chinese teaching staff is not only of positive significance to the Chinese teaching of the Confucius Institute, but also conducive to the training of local Chinese teachers in Bangladesh.

妮鲁和于浩文都在中国取得了汉语国际教育硕士学位，试讲过程中充分展现了他们的汉语专业水平，课件精美、课堂活动丰富、教学用语简洁，试讲过程中运用必要的母语解释,体现了本土教师进行中文教学的优势。试讲结束后，孔院中方院长和三位公派教师分别对他们的试讲进行了点评，大家还就如何提升教学技能、课堂教学组织、教学手段运用等问题进行了交流。
两位本土中文教师的加入壮大了达卡大学孔子学院的中文教师队伍，而且，多元化的中文教师队伍不仅对孔院的中文教学有积极意义，也有利于培养孟加拉国的本土中文师资。
