云南省外事代表团访问达卡大学孔子学院并与在孟三所孔院（课堂）举行座谈Yunnan Province's Foreign Affairs Delegation visited Confucius Institutes in Bangladesh
On March 7th, 2023, Mr. Ma Zuoxin, the Deputy Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, led a delegation of six representatives to visit the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka. They were accompanied by Mr. Yue Liwen, Cultural Counsellor, and Mrs. Lang Lang, Second Secretary of the Cultural Office of the Embassy of China in Bangladesh. During their visit, they held discussions with the Chinese directors and teachers of the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, Confucius Institute at North South University, and Shanta Mariam- Honghe Confucius Classroom.
This was the first delegation from China to visit the Confucius Institutes in Bangladesh since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the improvement of the epidemic situation, personnel exchanges and communication between China and Bangladesh are expected to become more frequent, and it is hoped that more pragmatic cooperation between the two countries can be carried out.

2023年3月7日，云南省人民政府外事办公室副主任马作昕率云南省外事代表团一行6人，在驻孟使馆文化处乐利文参赞、二秘郎琅和云南省驻孟商务代表处主任李潇的陪同下，访问达卡大学孔子学院，并与达卡大学孔子学院、南北大学孔子学院和山度·玛利亚姆-红河孔子课堂的中方负责人及教师座谈。
座谈会上，马作昕副主任高度评价了孔子学院在对外教育合作中发挥的重要作用，充分肯定了云南省在孟三所孔院（课堂）多年来在孟加拉国开展中文教育和文化交流方面所取得的成绩，并鼓励三所孔院（课堂）继续在促进国际中文教育、中孟文化交流和教育合作等方面做出新成绩，为国家“一带一路”建设和云南省面向南亚东南亚教育文化辐射中心建设做出新贡献。
云南省教育厅对外交流中心主任普孟韬表示，希望三所孔院（课堂）进一步发挥云南省教育对外开放的窗口和桥梁作用，坚持“亲、诚、惠、容”的理念和国际中文教育的初心，加强在孟孔子学院（课堂）之间的横向联系和资源整合，创新工作方法，进一步丰富对外交流的内涵外延，为推动中孟语言文化交流和人文相亲做出更大贡献。
座谈会由达卡大学孔子学院中方院长杨惠主持，中国驻孟加拉国大使馆文化处乐利文参赞致欢迎辞，三所孔院（课堂）负责人分别做了汇报。代表团一行还参观了达卡大学孔子学院，受到师生们的热烈欢迎。
这是新冠疫情以来，第一个到访在孟孔子学院的国内代表团。随着国内疫情防控政策的优化调整，将会有越来越多的国内代表团到访孟加拉国，期待中国与孟加拉国开展更多的交流和务实合作。
