达卡孔院中文课程在达卡大学和平与冲突研究系开课Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka Launches Chinese Language Course for Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at DU
On March 15th, 2023, the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka held an opening ceremony for a Chinese language course offered to the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies at Dhaka University. Mrs. Lang Lang, the Second Secretary of the Cultural Section of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, was invited to attend. Dr. Saber Ahmed Chowdhury, the Chairman of the Department of Peace and Conflict Studies, Dr.Yang Hui, the Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at DU, teachers from the Confucius Institute, and 51 students from the department were also in attendance.
During the opening ceremony, Mrs. Lang Lang, Dr.Yang Hui, and Dr. Saber Ahmed Chowdhury each delivered their speeches. Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury, a local Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute at Du shared his personal experiences of studying in China for seven years to give the students an introduction to China. Finally, Nilu Akter, another local Chinese language teacher of the Confucius Institute, gave the students their first Chinese lesson, "Hello," which was warmly welcomed by the students.
2023年3月15日，达卡大学孔子学院为达卡大学和平与冲突研究系提供的中文课程正式开课。中国驻孟加拉国大使馆文化处二秘郎琅受邀出席开班仪式，达卡孔院中方院长杨惠、和平与冲突研究系主任乔杜里博士(Dr. Saber Ahmed Chowdhury)、达卡孔院教师及该系51名学生参加了开班仪式。仪式后正式开启了精彩第一课。
和平与冲突研究系主任乔杜里博士主持开班仪式。他感谢中国驻孟使馆和达卡孔院的大力支持，强调了学习中文的重要性，希望良好的语言基础能帮助学生打开深入了解中国的大门。
中国驻孟使馆文化处二秘郎琅在致辞中表示，中孟友谊源远流长，她衷心祝愿学生们可以“从语言入手，用文化交融，促民心相通”，希望学习中文可以为他们将来从事世界和平研究事业做出贡献。她还对乔杜里主任积极推动开设中文课表示感谢，同时赞扬了达卡孔院在推广中国语言文化过程中的不懈努力和出色工作。
杨惠院长衷心感谢驻孟使馆文化处长期以来对孔院的大力支持，感谢和平与冲突研究系主任为推动中文课的开设所做出的努力。她鼓励同学们认真学习中文，在语言学习中了解中国，了解世界，丰富自己的知识体系与认知维度，为学习、研究和今后的个人发展增加更多可能性。
随后达卡孔院本土教师于浩文(Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury)结合自己在中国七年的留学经验，向同学们介绍了他眼中的中国。最后孔院本土教师妮鲁(Nilu Akter)给学生们上了第一堂汉语课《你好》，受到学生们的热烈欢迎。
该门中文课程在和平与冲突研究系反响热烈，首次开课报名人数为51人，每周两次课。达卡孔院自去年10月恢复线下教学以来，正逐步恢复各教学点的正常教学，并积极拓展新的教学点，以满足更广泛的中文学习需求。
