达卡孔院与OPPO公司联合举办招聘宣讲会The Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka and OPPO Company Successfully Held Joint Career Talk Event
On March 21, 2023, the Confucius Institute at the University of Dhaka and OPPO Company jointly held a Career Talk Event, which was attended by representatives of OPPO Bangladesh, teachers and students from the Confucius Institute DU and other young individuals interested in the program.
During the event, the HR manager of OPPO Bangladesh provided an introduction to OPPO's development history, vision, values, technological innovations, talent concepts, and the specific requirements for the current recruitment. In the Q&A session, Li Xing Wei, the factory Head of Benli Company, answered the students' questions regarding OPPO's products, job requirements, promotion channels, career prospects, and other related topics.
This Career Talk event creates a platform for enterprises and Educational Institutes to carry out dialogue on talent issues. On one hand, it is beneficial for Chinese enterprises in Bangladesh to fulfil their employment needs. On the other hand, it also allows students to realize the extensive employment opportunities for those who have good command of Chinese language, thereby enhancing their motivation to learn Chinese and creating more possibilities for their future.
2023年3月21日，达卡大学孔子学院与OPPO公司联合举办招聘宣讲会，OPPO公司孟加拉国工厂和销售公司负责人、达卡孔院师生及其他对招聘会感兴趣年轻人，共60余人参加了招聘宣讲会。
宣讲会上，OPPO孟加拉公司HR经理介绍了OPPO公司的发展历程、发展愿景、价值理念、技术创新、人才理念和本次招聘岗位需求等信息。在答疑环节，Benli公司厂长李兴伟对同学们提出的关于OPPO产品、岗位需求、晋升渠道、职业前景等关心的问题进行了回答。本次宣讲会持续了近两个小时，宣讲会结束后很多学生还继续与OPPO公司工作人员进行交流，一些同学还现场递交了简历。
本次招聘宣讲会为企业和学校搭建了人才交流的平台，一方面有助于在孟中资企业解决用人之需，另一方面也让学生看了到学习汉语的广阔就业前景，有利于增强学生学习汉语的动力，为自己的未来创造更多的可能。达卡孔院将继续致力于培养更多懂汉语的优秀孟加拉国青年，将汉语教学、文化推广与服务孟加拉国经济社会发展相结合，提升汉语的应用价值。
