Mr. Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury, a Distinguished Faculty of Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, had the distinct privilege of representing Bangladesh at the prestigious 2023 Young Sinologist Visiting Program in Xinjiang, China. This program, which took place from October 12th to 31st, was organized by the Chinese Ministry of Culture and Tourism and hosted by the Center for China and Foreign Cultural Exchange, and co-organized by Xinjiang Normal University. This program brought together 23 young sinologists from 21 countries in Asia, Africa, and Europe, who engaged in diverse learning, research, and experiential activities in Xinjiang.

The theme of this training program was "Belt and Road" and Common Development for Shared Future, covering topics such as the Cultural Silk Road and People to people bond, promoting the high-quality development of the Belt and Road initiative, and fostering mutual cultural exchanges between China and other civilizations. Over the course of more than 20 days, the program included a series of high-level academic lectures, specialized seminars, 12 different courses on sinology, six guidance sessions for research and paper presentations, 16 cultural experiences and practical activities, and over 20 visits and on-the-spot investigation or field study.

Through this training program, young sinologists not only deepened their understanding of China and Xinjiang but also gained insights into the Belt and Road Initiative. They aspire to share their first-hand experiences and knowledge with a wider audience in the future, providing a comprehensive and objective portrayal of today's open, developing, harmonious, and prosperous Xinjiang. This experience is poised to offer valuable support and inspiration for their teaching and research endeavors.

       2023年10月12日至31日，达卡大学孔子学院本土教师于浩文（Mr. Aga Mostafizur Rahman Chowdhury）代表孟加拉国参加了由中国文化和旅游部主办、中外文化交流中心承办、新疆师范大学协办的2023青年汉学家研修计划新疆班的项目。来自阿联酋、菲律宾、德国、阿根廷、埃及、孟加拉国、马来西亚、瑞典、日本、印尼、印度、罗马尼亚、新西兰、古巴、土耳其、乌兹别克斯坦等21个国家的23名青年汉学家参加了此次研修班。他们在新疆进行了丰富的学习、调研、体验等活动，共同探讨“一带一路”倡议与共同发展的主题。

       本次研修班主题为“一带一路”与共同发展，内容包括“文化丝路”与民心相通、推动“一带一路”高质量发展、“一带一路”合作推动中外文明互鉴等。在20余天的时间里，研修内容包括了多场高端学术讲座、专题研讨和12门课程，开展了6次论文（报告）写作指导、16次文化体验和实践活动以及20余次参观考察，内容涵盖“一带一路”核心区经济发展、劳动就业、法律、教育、历史、考古、宗教、非遗、民俗、旅游、文学、音乐、舞蹈、美术、电影等多个方面，足迹遍布乌鲁木齐、昌吉、喀什、吐鲁番等地，深入了解新疆丝绸之路经济带核心区以及古代丝绸之路的发展历史。

         在研修期间，自治区最高领导党委书记马兴瑞、自治区主席艾尔肯•吐尼亚孜10月24日上午在乌鲁木齐亲自会见了在新疆开展学习研讨考察活动的研修班学员，并进行了座谈交流。

       此次研修计划的主题紧密围绕“一带一路”倡议展开，学员们与中国的专家一同研究了倡议的政策体系、产品供给、典型项目及世界意义等。该研修计划不仅为青年汉学家提供了近距离了解和体验中国的机会，还激发了他们为中外合作和文化交流贡献力量的愿望。

       在结业典礼上，于浩文有幸代表青年汉学家研修计划新疆班的学员发言，分享了自己在新疆的学习、研究经历以及收获。他表示这一研修计划为全世界青年汉学家提供了宝贵的学术交流和互学互鉴的机会，也为向世界传递中国新疆故事提供了宝贵机会。穿行在交河故城街巷、佛寺、官署、作坊、民居中，他用随笔、图片记录着新疆的一切，这成为他新疆之旅最有意义的收获。“在故城里，能看到佛寺、汉文及回鹘文等多种文字题记的遗存，虽有大量残损，但仍可看出千年前这里就是多元文化荟萃、多种宗教并存之地。”于浩文表示，在新疆他亲眼见证了不同民族、宗教和语言和谐共处，这种多元文化和包容性让他坚信文化交流可以促进和平与理解，“特别是在共建‘一带一路’合作中，中国帮助孟加拉国完成了梦之桥帕德玛大桥、国父隧道、达卡市首个高速公路等诸多建设项目，真正实现了互利合作、共同发展。于浩文表示他将继续为中孟两国的合作贡献自己的力量。

      通过这次研修计划，青年汉学家们不仅加深了对中国和新疆的了解，还提高了对“一带一路”倡议的理解。他们希望将在未来把所见所闻介绍给更多人，以全面客观地介绍今日开放、发展、和谐、幸福的新疆。这一经历也将为他们的教学和研究工作提供宝贵的支持和启发。此次研修项目恰逢“一带一路”倡议提出10周年，意义特殊，为中外文明交流与发展注入了新的动力。
