Confucius Institutes co-organized the China Night with Overseas Chinese Association in Bangladesh在孟孔院与华侨华人联合会举办“中国之夜”活动
On the evening of May 23, 2024, the second China Night culture event organized by the Overseas Chinese Association in Bangladesh and co-organized by Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, Confucius institute at North South University and Shanto Mariam-Honghe Confucius Classroom, was held at International Club in Dhaka. More than 200 guests, including Mr.Li Shaopeng, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, Mr. Calvin Yan President of the Association, Chinese compatriots in Bangladesh, Directors and teachers from Confucius Institutes(Classroom) and international friends from different countries, participated in the event.
During the event, Chinese teachers from Confucius Institutes (classroom) and representative from Chinese enterprises brought wonderful performances such as lion dance, martial arts, Hanfu show and Chinese traditional musical instrument Yangqin playing, which showcased the diversity and beauty of Chinese culture. The guests also experienced Chinese calligraphy, paper cutting and rubbing, as well as taste Yunnan coffee and authentic Chinese food.
The event aims to let the Bangladeshi people and other international friends know about Chinese culture, strengthen cultural exchanges and mutual appreciation between China and foreign countries, and enhance understanding and friendship.
2024年5月23日晚，由孟加拉国华侨华人联合会主办、达卡大学孔子学院、南北大学孔子学院、山度·玛利亚姆—红河孔子课堂协办的孟加拉国第二届“中国之夜-七彩云南”活动在达卡国际俱乐部隆重举行。中国驻孟加拉国大使馆参赞李少鹏、孟加拉国华侨华人联合会会长颜家恒、在孟中国同胞、孔院教师以及来自不同国家的国际友人等200余人参加了活动。
李少鹏参赞、颜家恒会长、达卡孔院中方院长杨惠在开幕式上分别进行致辞。他们表示，中华文化博大精深，中国之夜活动以精彩纷呈的形式展示中国文化和云南民俗传统的多样性，让孟加拉国民众近距离地感受中国文化的魅力，有利于促进中孟文化交流互鉴。他们还邀请外国友人去中国看看，了解真实、立体、全面的中国。
活动现场张灯结彩，不少嘉宾身着中国传统服装，一片热闹欢快景象。在中国文化体验区，嘉宾可以体验写书法、剪纸、拓印，云南咖啡品鉴区为大家提供了各式各样的云南特色咖啡。
一系列精彩纷呈的节目为现场观众带来了一场文化盛宴，让观众领略了中国文化的独特魅力。狮子欢跃起舞，灵动闪转，燃爆全场，传递着祝福。太极扇表演充满了力量与美感，一招一式，气韵流畅，彰显了中国传统文化的深邃内涵。汉服秀展示了华夏服章之美，让观众仿佛置身于唯美的汉唐风韵之中，感受国风之美。扬琴旋律悠扬轻快，带领大家走进了一个欢乐的音乐世界。
中国之夜文化活动不仅是一场文化盛宴，更是一次心灵的交流。活动中，大家共享中国美食，畅叙幽情，度过了一个愉快美好的“中国之夜”。此次活动让更多的国际友人了解中国，增进了中外文化的交流与互鉴。
