Bangladeshi Chinese language teachers’ capacity enhancement training course completed successfully孟加拉国本土中文教师能力提升培训项目圆满结束
From June 7 to June 27, 2024, 17 Bangladeshi Chinese language teachers from the Confucius Institute at University of Dhaka, Confucius Institute at North South University, Shanto-Mariam-Honghe Confucius Classroom, the Department of Chinese Language and Culture, IML, DU and other Universities and Institutes which provide Chinese language courses participated in the 2024 "Seminar on Capacity Enhancement for Chinese Language Teachers" in Beijing.
This training program is organized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and hosted by the Beijing International Chinese College, aiming to improve the professionals and teaching capabilities of local Chinese language teachers in Bangladesh. The training program includes training courses on Chinese subject knowledge and teaching ability, the overview of China’s development, international Chinese education, smart education teaching design, Chinese phonetics teaching, Chinese character teaching, etc. In addition, Beijing International Chinese College also organized some trips to China's historical and cultural sites, allowing teachers to experience China's language teaching development and its rich heritage. The courses emphasized teacher participation and the practical application of theoretical knowledge. Teachers also participated in the cultural teaching practices such as Chinese tea art, painting, paper-cutting, martial arts, and traditional medicine culture.
This training program not only helped the Bangladeshi Chinese language teachers to gain knowledge and skills, but also stimulated their enthusiasm for Chinese language teaching. It is believed that in the future teaching, they will be able to integrate what they have learned into the classroom and contribute their strength to Chinese language education development in Bangladesh.
2024年6月7日至6月27日，孟加拉国17名本土中文教师远赴北京国际汉语研修学院，参加了为期21天的“孟加拉国汉语教师能力提升”培训项目。这些教师分别来自达卡大学孔子学院、南北大学孔子学院、山度•玛丽亚姆-红河孔子课堂、达卡大学现代语言学院中文系、吉大港大学、沙贾拉尔科技大学、“一带一路”汉语培训中心、孟加拉国“一带一路”汉语中心、孟加拉国国际培训学校、国家海事学院和澳大利亚国际学校等机构。
此次培训班由中华人民共和国商务部主办，北京国际汉语研修学院承办，旨在进一步提升孟加拉国本土中文教师的专业素养和教学能力。针对孟加拉国本土中文教师的具体情况和学习需求，北京国际汉语研修学院在本期培训中设计了三周的线下课程，包括课堂讲座、专业实习、专业实践和文化体验四类课程，课程内容包括中国国情概况、国际中文教育发展现状、国际中文智慧教育教学设计、HSK考试及教学、国际中文教育语音教学、国际中文教育汉字教学等内容。
在专业实习环节，项目实施方组织教师们参观了长城，让他们感受到了中华民族历史的厚重；参观外语教学与研究出版社、中文联盟等机构，了解了中文教育的最新动态；教师们还走进了首都图书馆、麦子店社区汉语学堂和北京市第八十中学等，亲身体验了中国的教育环境。这些行程不仅让学员体会到了中国当前的语言教育发展和城市建设的独特魅力，还让他们感受到了中国文化的深厚底蕴和创新力量。
在专业实践环节，教师们参与了中国茶艺、中国国画、中国剪纸和中国武术等文化教学实践，了解了中国中医文化，这些课程不仅注重理论知识的运用，更强调教师们的亲身参与和实际操作，把教师带入到一个真实的教学环境中。
来自孟加拉国的本土中文教师通过此次研修班课程，加深了针对孟加拉国汉语学习者的汉语发音、汉字、语法、词汇教学规律学科知识的理解，并基于课堂实践，有效提高了相关教学运用能力。他们不仅学习了专业课程知识，而且亲身感受到中国文化的魅力，深入了解了国际中文教育的实际情况。
这次培训不仅让孟加拉国的汉语教师们收获了知识与技能，更激发了他们对中文教育的热情。相信在未来的教学中，他们能够将所学融入课堂，为孟加拉国的中文教育事业贡献自己的力量。
