The Department of Public Administration is the first institution established in Dhaka University for the promotion of higher studies and administrative knowledge in the country for more than four decades. Since our inception in 1972, our vision has been clear to furnish future administrators with the expertise and character to face any type of situations in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. The curriculum within the department is a blend of both the theoretical and the practical—providing students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for successful careers. Faculties are highly qualified and experienced in respective fields. We highly encourage academic and research atmosphere.
