A four-member experts team on solar energy led by Dong-ho, Choi, President of Innoline Inco, an energy company of South Korea called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today, November 04, 2015 at the latter’s office of the university. Other team members were Ki Bong, Song, Chairman of Ciwon Construction Company Ltd., Yang-Gi, Kim, Director of Daon & Tech and Lee Haeng Woo, CEO of Meccasolartech Company Ltd.

During the meeting they discussed regarding the development of solar energy sector in Bangladesh. The team members expressed their keen interest to provide financial and technical support to promote solar energy system as well as technology at Dhaka University. They also discussed the possibilities of implementation of a new project titled ‘Solar Energy Development Project’ at the university.
