Fulbright Specialist of USA Dr. Albert James Arnold jr. called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan today January 14, 2025 at the latter’s office of the university.

Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Prof. Dr. Sayema Haque Bidisha, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) Prof. Dr. Mamun Ahmed, Treasurer Prof. Dr. M. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury and some other faculty members were present on this occasion.

During the meeting they discussed the possibilities of undertaking a project titled ‘Maximizing Accreditation Scope and Ranking Potential’ for enhancing the quality of education and research at DU. The US Fulbright Specialist will provide guidance to DU faculty members and researchers regarding international ranking, self-assessment and research documentation under this project.

Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan thanked the guest for his visit to Dhaka University and keen interest in its academic and research activities.
