Event

The virtual event was primarily targeted for the students who just joined the journey to become a geologist in the future. The two respected facilitators were Dr. Mrinal K. Sen (Professor, Department of Geological Sciences, Jackson School of Geosciences) and Dr. Kyle T. Spikes (Associate Professor, Department of Geological Sciences, Jackson School of Geosciences). The faculty advisor, Dr. Syed Humayun Akhter, was also present during the workshop. A question-answer session was held followed by a quiz competition based on the lectures provided by the professors. The response was huge and there were quite a decent number of participants present. The winner and the participants were provided with certificates via mail.
