The Department of Management, University of Dhaka, successfully organized an insightful learning session on “Measuring and Sustaining the Success of TQM” exclusively for the Management 28th Batch.
We were honored to have Mr. Mohammad Shah Alam, Deputy General Manager – Compliance & Sustainability, Epyllion Group, as our distinguished speaker. His professional insights and practical experiences provided us with a deeper understanding of how Total Quality Management (TQM) can be effectively measured, implemented, and sustained within organizations.
