The Department of Chemistry, University of Dhaka, is pleased to announce the Prof. Md. Ali Nawab International Centenary Conference with the theme "Advances in Surface Chemistry & Colloidal Science" — organised in honour of the birth centenary of Professor Md. Ali Nawab, former Professor in the Department of Chemistry, University of Dhaka and a legendary educator of Chemistry in Bangladesh, sponsored by the family of Professor Md. Ali Nawab. The conference will be held on Thursday, 26 November 2026 at the Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban, University of Dhaka, and will bring together researchers, academics, and early-career scientists to discuss advances in physical chemistry, colloidal and interface science, nanomaterials, catalysis, adsorption science, sustainable chemistry, and environmental applications. Scholars and researchers are warmly invited to submit abstracts (poster presentations open to all; oral presentations by invitation only), with the abstract submission deadline on 5 October 2026 and the poster submission deadline on 2 November 2026. Interested participants may register and submit abstracts/posters through the official conference website: https://manicc2026.du.ac.bd/.
