Harmony Unbounded: Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh International Art Exhibition and Cultural Exchange (MAIBIEX) Dhaka, Bangladesh
The International Art Exhibition "Harmony Unbounded" took place on 2 -5 November 2023 at Zainul Gallery, Faculty of Fine Arts of University of Dhaka, Bangladesh was organized to celebrate the works of art from various countries especially from Malaysia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh.
This MAIBIEX art exhibition was inaugurated on November 2, 2023 and was attended by Professor Dr. Akhtaruzzaman, Vice Chancellor University Of Dhaka, Heru H Subolo (Embassy of Indonesia), Prof. Associate Dr. Nur Hisham Ibrahim (Rector of UiTM Perak), Dr. Supriatna (Deputy Rector of Bandung Institute of Cultural Arts), Professor Dr. Vadreshu Rita (Chairman Department of Graphic Design University of Dhaka), and delegation from UiTM Perak Prof. Assoc. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Aziz Ab Gani (Deputy Rector for Research, Industry Network, Community & Alumni UiTM Perak), Dr. Mohd Khairulnizam Ramlie, Sr. Dr. lrwan Mohammad Ali, Dr. Aznan Omar, Ashraf Abd Rahaman, and Muh Sarip Abd Rahman.
While the delegation from the Institute of Arts and Culture was represented by Dr. Supriatna (Prie), Dr. Gustiyan Rachmadi, and Dr. Mohammad Zaini Alif. And deligation from University of Dhaka was represented by Md. Maksudur Rahman, Reza Asad Al Huda Anupam, Md. Israfil pk., Dr Vadreshu Rita, Dr Sima Islam, Md. Harun ar Rashid Tutul, Dr Farjana Ahmed, Dr Sidhartha Dey, Mohammad Ferdous Khan Shawon, Mir Muhammad Mamun Ali, Md. Shafiqul Islam, Md. Nazvi Islam.
The opening speech was completed by Prof. Dr. Dr. Akhtaruzzaman (Vice Chancellor of Dhaka University). Next, all delegations and guests are invited to watch the exhibition at Zainul Gallery of Dhaka University.
The objective of this exhibition is to stimulate activities in multilateral relations between Malaysia, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. In this exhibition, a total of 50 works were exhibited from the 3 participating countries. This exhibition saw various artworks from various disciplines including from the fields of fine art, photography, graphics, ceramics, and fashion where the curator of the exhibition is Md. Harun ar Rashid Tutul from University of Dhaka.
