Professor Dr. Pablo Collazzo of WU-Vienna University of Economics, Austria  called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today, May 3, 2017 at the latter’s office of the university.

            Chairman of the Department of Organization Strategy & Leadership of DU Prof. Dr. Mohammad Abdul Moyeen, Prof. Dr. Altaf Jalil and Assistant Professor Md. Rashedur Rahman were present on this occasion.

            During the meeting they exchanged views about education system of Bangladesh and Austria. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Arefin Siddique sought help and cooperation from Austrian Professor to develop the Department of Organization Strategy & Leadership, a newly established department at DU. The guest assured the VC of providing all possible cooperation in this regard. They also discussed the possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programs between Dhaka University and WU-Vienna University of Economics. The VC stressed the need for strengthening industry-academia relationship in the country for development of leadership skills and qualities of professionals.
