An Agreement between Dhaka University (DU) and Singapore Airlines Limited was signed today, April 5, 2017 at VC’s lounge of the university. Treasurer of DU Prof. Dr. Md. Kamal Uddin and General Manager of Singapore Airlines Limited Twee Min Wang signed the Agreement on behalf of their respective side.

Vice-Chancellor of DU Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique, Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies Prof. Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam and some other faculty members were present, among others, on this occasion.   

          According to the Agreement, Singapore Airlines Limited will give discounts in air ticket to DU faculty members, staff and their spouse & children for their travelling Dhaka-Singapore route and all European & American destinations. Dhaka University authorities will provide a list of names of employees who are entitled for company travel.
