Senior Social Sector Specialist of Asian Development Bank (ADB) Eisuke Tajima called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today May 25, 2016 at the latter’s office of the university.  Director of the Institute of Information Technology of DU Dr. Kazi Muhaymin-Us-Sakib was present on this occasion.  

          During the meeting they discussed various issues including development of ICT sector in Bangladesh. The ADB delegate expressed his willingness to provide financial support to DU for development of its infrastructure facilities. The VC sought cooperation from ADB for scholarships of DU young faculties to pursue higher study in abroad. The delegate also assured the VC of providing all possible support in this regard.
