Chancellor of Guru Ghasidas Central University, India Prof. Dr. N. R. Madhava Menon called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique yesterday May 16, 2016 at the latter’s office of the university. Chairman of Bangladesh National Human Rights Commission Prof. Dr. Mizanur Rahman and DU Law Department Prof. Dr. Rahmat Ullah were present on this occasion.   

          During the meeting they discussed various challenges of the 21^st century including cyber crimes. They stressed the need for modernization of curriculum on law to prevent the cyber crime. The possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programs on law by the University of Dhaka and Guru Ghasidas Central University, India were also discussed in the meeting.
