A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Dhaka University (DU) and WaterAid, Bangladesh was signed today February 7, 2016 at the VC’s office. Treasurer of DU Prof. Dr. Md. Kamal Uddin and Country Representative of WaterAid, Bangladesh Dr. Md. Khairul Islam signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institution.  

Vice-Chancellor of DU Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique, Chief Executive of WaterAid, UK Dr. Barbara Frost, Chairperson Tim Clark and Trustee Anna Segoll were present, among others, on this occasion.

According to the MoU, a modern public toilet will be constructed at the TSC premises of Dhaka University with the financial assistance and technical support from WaterAid.
