Professor of the School of Public Policy of National University of Singapore (NUS) Dr. John Vong called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique today January 19, 2016 at the latter’s office of the university. Chairman of the Department of Development Studies of DU Prof. Dr. M. Abu Eusuf, Prof. Dr. Taiabur Rahman, Prof. Dr. Kazi Maruful Islam and Lecturer Ebney Ayaj Rana were present on this occasion.

During the meeting they discussed various issues including good governance and socio-economic development in Bangladesh. The possibilities of undertaking joint collaborative academic and research programs by the University of Dhaka and National University of Singapore were also discussed in the meeting.
