Short Biography:

Dr. A.T.M. Shamsuzzoha is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Department of Islamic History and Culture and as an Additional Director at the Centre of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CoETL, DU). He did his PhD in International Relations; Titled: Social and Cultural Relations between Bangladesh and China (1991-2015) from School of Politics and International Studies, Central China Normal University, Wuhan, PRC. His research interest lies on socio-cultural and economic history of mediaeval Bengal as well as India in particular. Socio-cultural and economic history of the Muslim countries also attract him a lot. His keen interest also lies on the socio-cultural relations between Bangladesh and China and other nation states. Dr. Zoha is currently facilitating the activity of the CoETL of the University of Dhaka as a contributor and collaborator.
