Md. Rayhan Sarker has been serving as a faculty member at the Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology, University of Dhaka since 2020. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Sustainable Fashion Business at Kansas State University (USA), on a leave from the university. He received a Master of Engineering degree in Advanced Engineering Management from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) with 1^st class results and an M.Sc. in Leather Engineering degree with 1^st class and 2nd merit position results from the Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology, University of Dhaka. He completed his B.Sc. in Footwear Engineering degree with 1^st class, 1st merit position results from the Institute of Leather Engineering and Technology, University of Dhaka. His research interests include Sustainability, Circular Economy, Supply Chain Management, and Fashion.
