This is Mohammad Mainuddin Mollah, teaching at the Institute of Social Welfare and Research, University of Dhaka since 2010. My primary interest is teaching and research. Last 13 years I have served the university in different capacities such as Lecturer, Assistant House Tutor, Batch Teacher, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Proctor. As a faculty, my major responsibilities are teaching, supervising field practicum and research, conducting and participating in seminar and workshop, maintaining discipline and rules of the students, and organizing different co-curricullam activities for students and teachers. Currently, I am carrying out my Ph.D. research on Workforce Development and Dementia Care in Bangladesh: Policy Learning from the Scottish Context with the Alzheimer's Scotland Centre for Policy and Practice (ASCPP) in the School of Health and Life Sciences at the University of the West of Scotland, UK.
