Short Biography:

Dr Muhammad Ekramul HAQUE is a Professor of Constitutional Law and Comparative Constitutional Law in the Department of Law at the University of Dhaka. He did his PhD in Constitutional Law and International Law at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He completed his LLB (Hons) and LLM at Dhaka University, in both of which he got First Class and was awarded a Gold Medal. He has received Monash Law Deans Award (Australia), Monash International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (Australia), Monash Graduate Scholarship (Australia) and Scholarship by the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs. He has written three books and many journal articles.
