Short Biography:

Jobair Alam obtained PhD from Macquarie University Law School, Australia in 2019 with Executive Dean's Excellence Award. He secured top positions with first class in both LL.M. and LL.B. (Hons) examinations from Dhaka University Law Department. In recognition of outstanding achievements, he has been awarded 7 gold medals from the President, the Prime Minister, and the Chief Justice of Bangladesh. Apart from 14 scholarly conference paper presentations, Jobair has published 2 book chapters and 16 journal articles in refereed national and international journals. His primay areas of interest are international law, human rights and ethnicity and nationalism.
