With more than 18 years expertise Dr Sabnam Jahan is an eminent HR specialist, academician and researcher. She is currently working as a Professor in renowned University of Dhaka , Faculty of Business Studies , Department of Management . Before joining University of Dhaka she served as a senior lecturer under Faculty of Business and Economics at Daffodil International University also as an Assistant Professor in ASA University of Bangladesh. During her tenure she played as a pivotal role for academic excellence for students. Her research area: Management , HRM, Organizational Behavior, High Performances Work System, Change Management MBO, Green HRM, Training and Development and Performance Mangement, leadership ,administering and monitoing program Strategic HR. She has already published 33 research papers in national and international journals. She has successfully done several research projects under UGC . She has written several book chapters in national and international level. She has attended 20 conferences in different countries including Bangladesh ,USA, Thailand, Srilanka, India and Dubai. Currently she is working as a resource person In National Institute of Population , Research and Training (NIPORT) and PKSF . At present she is also supervising several Mphil students in the field of HRM.
Dr Sabnam Jahan has dedicated her career to the cultivation of knowledge particularly in the field of Management and HRM and also develping future business leader. She has a keen interest in writing poetry also. At present she has published 22 poetry in different news paper and magazines.Read less
