Short Biography:

Dr Md Rakibul Hoque is an Associate Professor of Management Information Systems at University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and Visiting Scholar at Emporia State University, USA. He is one of the leading scholars in the area of technology adoption, Big Data, e-Health and ICT4D. Rakibul had the opportunity to work in a number of research projects in Bangladesh, USA, Australia, Japan, China and Saudi Arabia. Hoque is the member of Association for Information Systems, UNESCO Open Educational Resources Community, Asia eHealth Information Network, Information Systems Audit and Control Association, IEEE and Internet Society.
