Subject Description
Physics of nano dimension The research interest of Md. Sazzad Hossain is in the field of Magnetic Materials and nano dimensional particles in Biomedical Applications. Mr. Hossain has been doing research in collaboration with Materials Science Division, BAEC in the field of nanotechnology. Applications of nano ferrite in the field of MRI contrast agent and Cancer Hyperthermia has been studied. The investigation showed a non-toxic material with outstanding enhancement in the mentioned field. His current research involves magnetocaloric effects and magnetoresistance properties of several nano magnetic materials to develop promising materials for Magnetic Refrigeration and efficient Magnetic Memory devices (mRAM).
