A trust fund titled Lion Md. Jonab Ali and Farzana Jonab Gold Medal has been established in March 2016 in the department. This is the First Gold Medal of the dept. Aim of this trust fund is to inspire students to create competition for academic excellence at bachelor studies. The scholarship has been offering from 2015-2016 academic session. Each year, one student securing highest CGPA in the final year bachelor examination will get Lion Md. Jonab Ali and Farzana Jonab Gold Medal.
