Orientation of "তথ্য-তর্কযাত্রা"-Debating Club of ISLM, DU.
The Orientation Ceremony of the Information Science and Library Management Debating Club, “তথ্য-তর্কযাত্রা,” was held on 18 September 2025 at the Department. The event was graced by Professor Dr. Md. Roknuzzaman, Chairman of the Department and Chief Patron of the Club, who presided over the ceremony as the Chief Guest.
Ms. Susmita Saha, the Moderator of the Club, was also present at the program. During the event, around 70 new members were officially inducted into the club. A friendly debate session was organized, where Puja Rani Saha, a student of 4th Year, 7th Semester, was awarded the title of Best Speaker.
