Today, a workshop titled “Implementation of water quality monitoring system and purification technology to control health risks of water environment in the Dhaka Metropolitan area“ took place at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban, located at the University of Dhaka. Professor Dr. A. S. M. Maksud Kamal, the esteemed Vice Chancellor of the University, presided over the workshop. Experts from various fields attended the event to provide insights and suggestions on different aspects of the proposed project, which is intended to secure funding from SATREPS. The project will be led by Professor Dr. Kozo Watanabe from Ehime University, Japan, and Professor Dr. Anwar Hossain from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
